About Media and Presentations

CSI Conservators are fully committed to the open and free exchange of information that is the hallmark of professionalism in the field of conservation. We have a constant on-going training and development program for our in-house staff. Through in-house training for junior staff by senior staff, in-house collaborations with outside specialty experts who are engaged to train in-house staff, and company-sponsored attendance to classes, conferences, and training sessions, we guarantee that our staff is fully cognizant of current best practices and capable of applying them. Our regular attendance and presentations at national and international conferences guides us in maintaining and developing an evolving understanding of what constitutes best practice.

Please see our presentations and publications at left for examples of some of our contributions to the conservation literature and conferences.

The significance of the artifacts and structures whose treatment we are entrusted with guarantees that the public will take notice of our work. We have been featured in articles in print, television and on-line. Please see examples of CSI in the news under the media link to the left.
