Julya Sembrat
Treasurer and General Manager
After working extensively in the field of arts management, Julya co-founded Conservation Solutions, Inc. (CSI) in 1999 with her husband, Joe. During her time with the company, she has successfully developed and implemented strategies in all departments, enabling the rapid expansion of CSI. Under her leadership, the company’s sales have increased nearly twenty times over, while securing financial stability. A once fledgling firm of two employees now utilizes a talented staff consisting of conservators, technicians, managers, and administrators.
Julya currently oversees the general management of the business including a vital sales and marketing department, finance department, human resources department, and information technology department. She honed her business skills working at the Tony award-winning Manhattan Theatre Club in New York, NY and at the Science Center of Connecticut in West Hartford, CT.
